My Journey

Praise Report: I took the 10 week Best Weigh program multiple times and gained so much wisdom to share with others. What did I learn? I’m glad you asked. I learned healthy eating habits. Identifying what to eat or eat less. Although I had Nutrition 101 class, many years ago in nursing school, I needed this continuing education and training for lifelong change. I practiced daily routines full of exercise, prayer, and awareness of what I consume. I learned being a whole healthy person includes being a work in progress. And it includes physical, emotional/mental, spiritual and financial health. I worked harder to lose the weight again. This is a motivator to keep it off this time! Consistency and Maintenance is key to my overall success. I knew this already but was constantly reminded the Lord is my strength and my redeemer. I will continue to share my journey as the Lord wants us to share of his goodness. Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well. 3 John 1:2
